I can't remember the last time I wanted Spring to come so bad!  I'm hoping for a warmer March, I have a feeling it's just wishful thinking though.  

On a more certain cheerful note Madewell is hosting a Keds sneaker event at Ross Park Mall tomorrow from 6-8pm and I hope to see you there. I'll be there too!

Pittsburgh Premiere Screening // Versailles '73 Documentary

I hope everyone had a great weekend!  Work was buzzing over the weekend as we collaborated with a local fashion blogger and friend, Terra McBride, of Stylish White Female blog.  It was my actual first time meeting her in person and she was just as stylish in person and so sweet too!

I can't stop thinking about Spring ensembles and new items I want to add to my wardrobe soon. I'll be sharing photos of those items soon.  The weather was a little warmer than usual so I was able to expose my bare legs.

Spotted wearing:  To Lunar Gala Fashion Show 2013

The Lunar Gala Fashion show took place last Sat. at Carnegie Mellon University.  It was a great production and I was really impressed with Laura West and her collection "Expressions in White".  Her collection aimed to redefine what a wedding dress can truly be.  The dresses were constructed out of a more sustainable material, paper,  she aimed to put more importance on the memories of the day and not the artifacts that are left behind.  I would say she nailed it!.

My daughter was off from school for President's day and I took her to a dental appointment in the am. We had lunch together afterwards and brought some groceries from Trader Joe's. I was so beat when I got back home I took a nap for a couple of hours. 

I'm looking forward to Spring and this floral shirt always makes me think of the pretty flowers blooming! Hoping for warmer temps soon. On a side note it was sooooooooo cold when I took this photo, yikes!

I was feeling very lazy this day ie. not wearing a lot of makeup here.  I must admit I'm an all or nothing person. I'm the type of gal that stays in my Pj's all day if I don't have anywhere to go and another truth about me is that I prefer not to wear makeup although I see the benefits of it enhancing my best features!
